The space ￫ Building The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building (with no elevator) in a typical Portuguese building placed on the highest hill. Perfect for business travelers or couples looking for some nice days in Lisbon, with all the city's main attractions and amazing viewpoints within a walking distance. ￫ Bedroom The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed. There are no windows in the bedroom, on the upper floor, only a skylight over the bed. ￫ Bathroom The apartment has one interior bathroom with shower. ￫ Living Room The living room has a flat-screen TV, a comfortable sofa, a writing desk, air conditioning and dining table for 2. Beware there is only one window in the living room, next to the seating area. ￫ Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and coffee maker (coffee not included). For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. ￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. ￫ Check-in time starts from 14:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. ￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. ￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. ￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. ￫ The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded.
