Tropical beach house with Pool & Tennis Courts

Relax and enjoy this tropical beach home equipped with a private tennis court & swimming pool. Situated on a famous Golf Course, the open concept villa is surrounded by palm trees and tropical plants. The space Located on a Golf Course, 5 min drive to the beach. The house is apart of a 6 villa complex that was built by a famous Mexican architect in the 1980's. The complex is equipped with a private Tennis Court, shared Swimming Pool panoramic garden, and Golf Course views. The front of the villa is an entirely open concept embracing an Indoor/Outdoor living in the design. If you're looking for a private, closed off and isolated house - this is definitely NOT for you. Our home is very open, surrounded by tropical palms and all views look out into the gardens, pool & Golf Course! A nature lovers dream. In the house, we have THREE bedrooms each with air conditioning and private bathrooms. BEDROOMS: 1. Master bedroom has a king bed, full bathroom, air conditioning unit, and a private terrace. (Great for morning yoga or a sunset massage!!) 2. Second bedroom has a king bed, full bathroom & air conditioning unit. 3. Third bedroom has two single beds, full bathroom with shared toilet, air conditioning. LIVING ROOM: The corner couch looks out into the pool area & golf course. We have a ceiling fan, (NO Air conditioning in the open areas!) 160cm flat screen TV with Netflix, Prime, Disney & Spotify. KITCHEN & DINING: We have a large dining table that seats 12 people & a smaller breakfast table for 6 people. We have many appliances that you can use: High powered blender, slow cooker, kettle, toaster, microwave, cast iron pan, dutch oven pots for cooking, saucepans & frypans, glass baking dishes, glass mixing bowls etc. Our brand new Samsung fridge & freezer will be available for you to use. Occasionally we will leave a few items in the fridge/freezer labeled "private" in a canvas grocery bag. In the backyard we have a BBQ & grill. You will need to buy coal to use it, we provide the necessary utensils for the BBQ (they are in the kitchen pantry). HOUSEKEEPER/ CHEF: Included in your stay is a daily housekeeper who will do a light clean & tidy of the house. She can prepare a traditional Mexican breakfast for you, however you’ll need to provide the groceries. She does NOT cook & serve lunch, that can be arranged as an extra service upon request. LAUNDRY: Sheets, Towels & Linens are changed and washed ONCE per week by our housekeeper. Please hang up your towels in the bathrooms between use. We do NOT have a washing machine or dryer available in the house for guests to use. There is a 24hour laundry service 5mins by car from the house that will pick up & dropoff your clothes for a small fee on top of the $1:00 USD per kilo that they charge to wash, dry & fold your clothes. A reliable, cheap & fast service that we highly recommend. BEACH/POOL/ACTIVITIES: We provide beach towels for all guests, 4 tennis rackets & a few balls for the courts, for the family we have playing cards/dominoes/dice/puzzle. We do NOT have bicycles, you can rent some from a rental store in Ixtapa center (5min drive or 20min walk from the house). Guest access Public transportation is minimal. We highly recommend you arrange to rent a vehicle during your stay as there is NO UBER or car share services here. Other things to note 1. Our 4x4 car that seats 5 people is available for rent on occasion and with ADVANCED notice. 2. Our housekeeper will be coming to the house daily during your stay to tidy and do a light cleaning of the kitchen, common areas & bedrooms/bathrooms. She does NOT change bedding daily or do any daily laundry for you. You will need to provide groceries if you would like her to cook breakfast for you. **PLEASE NOTE that she will take 1 photo of every room after cleaning it. This is only so we can see that the rooms are cleaned and neatly organized as per our instructions. 3. We have a security camera at the front entrance of the house that monitors only the door entrance. This is for security purposes & is programmed to only turn on during the evening from 9PM-6AM. 4. We DO NOT have a washer/dryer in the house. There is a laundromat nearby that offers pickup/drop off same day service at a very low price. As the villa is a private home and NOT a hotel, we do not wash & change linens or towels daily. Fresh linens & towels are changed weekly for longer stays. If there is an accident or linens/towels need to be washed, please coordinate directly with our housekeeper.
