Other things to note 🔔 GUEST TIPS AND HOUSE RULES Please read a few important details that will help everyone enjoy maximum comfort and relaxation in our Boutique House. 🔇 Quiet Hours and Respect for the Neighborhood Location: Our house is situated in a quiet, rural area, ideal for deep rest. Quiet Hours: We kindly ask you to observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM (this primarily concerns the use of outdoor amenities: Jacuzzi/Whirlpool, Pool, and Garden). Social Gatherings: The property is ideal for quiet relaxation and group integration. Organizing loud parties and events is prohibited. ✨ Cleanliness and Luxury Standard Safe Stay: The property is professionally cleaned and prepared for the arrival of every Group/Family, maintaining the highest hygiene standards. Fireplace: Firewood for the Fireplace is FREE, but please use it responsibly. Jacuzzi Water: The water in the all-year Jacuzzi/Whirlpool is regularly changed and subjected to quality control. 🐾 Notes Regarding Pets (PETS WELCOME) Rules: We are happy to welcome pets/dogs. We kindly ask that pets are not left unattended on the property or in the House. Liability: Guests bear full financial liability for any damage or destruction caused by domestic animals within the Apartment or on the property grounds. 🔐 Safety and Liability Smoke: The entire building (including the Summer Cottage) is strictly non-smoking. Damages: Guests are responsible for any damage and destruction that occurs during the stay and bear the full costs thereof.
