The room boasts plush bedding, tasteful styling, and built-in storage. The fully appointed kitchen includes contemporary appliances, a 5-burner gas stove, a breakfast bench with seating and all essentials needed to create those culinary creations. The dining area features a 6-seater table and high chair, and tasteful styling that create a warm and inviting ambiance. Integrated heritage features break up dining and living spaces while maintaining privacy. Sink into comfortable leather seating, enjoy smart TV entertainment, and discover a thoughtful kids' area with reading material and toys. Mind your step as you descend into north-facing spaces with stunning views and all-day sun. The second queen bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed and free-standing storage. The cleverly integrated laundry, spacious bathroom with a generous walk-in shower, and third queen-sized bedroom can be accessed via the kitchen. The third bedroom leads to a back deck, perfect for sun-soaked relaxation and BBQs. Access the spacious backyard through the side or via the third bedroom's deck and stairs. Other things to note Many nurses park on the street so it's best to park in the driveway. The street is tight Please note the driveway is on a hill and street is quite narrow, so it is best reversed into. The driveway entrance is 3.2 meters wide. The entrance to the home is flat; however, there is one stair in the home, from the kitchen to the bathroom and 2nd bedroom. We have a gardener who will attend this property from time to time. It is unlikely that he will attend during your stay, however if he needs to attend the property during your stay, we will notify you.
