6 pax appartment, fully renovated moutain style

Rented in the centre of Alpe d'Huez flat of 33m² + 7 m² balcony facing south, completely renovated in the mountain style. It is south facing with a view of the Oisans massif. The sleeping arrangements are for 6 people (2 beds of 140cm in the mountain/mezzanine area and a sofa bed of 140cm in the living area). All beds are equipped with duvets. The flat is very close to the shops and is very well equipped. Ski in/ski out. The space The flat has just been completely refurbished and is fully equipped: induction hob (4 heating points), large fridge/freezer, dishwasher (12 place settings), multi-function oven, cupboards, etc. - Living area with quality convertible sofa bed (La Maison du Convertible), table, chairs, 2 armchairs, stools, flat-screen TV (with Free TV programs package), fitted kitchen (with raclette machine, fondue machine, ....). - Bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine/dryer, towel radiator, cupboard. - Mezzanine with two 140 cm double beds. The mountain area is separated from the main room by a door. - Separate WC. - High-speed fibre-optic internet connection (provided by Free). - A heated ski room is located on the ground floor. - Two lifts serve each floor of the building. - Free private parking is located in front of the residence. The Majestic II building has been refurbished with a mountain-style wood and stone facade. This luxury building is looked after by an on-site caretaker. The Grande Sure chairlift or the Télécentre at the Maison de l'Alpe (100m) takes you from the building on skis. The ‘Castillan’ stop on lines A, B and Nuit of the free shuttle bus network serves the Majestic II building. Mountain bike trails pass right by the flat in summer. The flat offers a service (included) of : -key collection -inventory -cleaning service Personal linen (1 bath sheet, 1 flannel) can be provided as an option at a cost of 5 € / person / stay. Sheets can be provided at a cost of 25 € / double bed / stay. As a reminder, there are 3 double beds in the flat. If these additional options (personal linen and sheets) are not chosen, the bathroom linen as well as the sheets (1 duvet cover 220 x 240 + 2 rectangular pillowcases) will have to be provided by the tenants. These additional services are to be confirmed after booking and paid directly on arrival in the flat. We favour Sunday to Sunday rentals, offering the opportunity to ski on Saturdays with much lower crowds and travel on Sundays with much more traffic. We are part of the Owners' Programme of the Alpe d'Huez ski lift company offering our tenants exclusive discounts on a number of services (-20 to -30% on ski hire, -5 to -10% discount on ski clothing, -10% on ski maintenance, -5 to -10% in certain mountain restaurants, discount on certain après-ski activities...... ). An exclusive code to be used when purchasing ski passes online gives access to these exclusive discounts. Guest access Access to the Majestic 2 building can be made either from the Route d'Huez at the bottom of the residence or from the Route de la Poste at the top of the residence. Other things to note Our flat has been renovated with all the latest features to make it a very functional flat, offering a high standard of comfort and a cosy and warm decoration...... as an evening in the mountains should be.
