Private apartment with private entrance adjacent to our main home, with air-conditioned bedroom, private bathroom and kitchenette with hot plate for basic cooking. Large, comfortable queen bed (160 cm/63 inch). Conveniently located: only 1 street away from beautiful Simpson Bay Beach and its lively beach bars/restaurants. The grocery store is steps away and the French bakery is within walking distance. Tons of activities are close by like mountains for hiking, luxurious marinas and nightlife. The space Through the gate, shared with us, you will enter the yard and follow the path to your private entrance, gives access to the living room with Smart TV, dining table, a comfortable couch and a kitchenette for basic cooking. With the house comes a cute dog (Husky Pitbull mix), Bolt, who mostly lives in the yard that surrounds the house. She enjoys cuddles but will respect your privacy. Juju the Red Foot Tortoise can be spotted roaming in the yard. We help out the local animal shelter by fostering dogs every once in a while, so there is a chance that there's a cute puppy or older dog accompanying Bolt in the yard. Being OK with dogs is therefore a must if you want to stay here! The house is located close to the famous Princess Juliana International Airport with its spectacular landing strip. The planes can be seen landing and taking off from the back of the house. Guest access You will enter the house through a shared gate. Your entrance will be on the left side of the house. We can be flexible with check-in and check-out times, but please do notify us in advance so we can see if we can accommodate. Other things to note We made an information booklet that is in your room upon arrival. It contains not only the house rules and instructions, but also tons of tips on what to do in Sint Maarten, where to eat etc.
