"Ellenslie" is a spacious, modern, cosy and comfortable 4 bedroom home set on a large private block, fully renovated with luxurious finishes. Step outside and you'll feel like you are at a resort, with lush tropical plants all around. Conveniently located just off Main Road, you can leave the car at home as you are within 500m of Sovereign Hill & Lake Esmond, walking distance to shops, cafe's, pubs, restaurants, a fantastic walking track and just a few km's to the CBD/Sturt Street. The space There are four (4) bedrooms in the house: Bedroom 1 is the Master bedroom with a full King size bed, bedside tables with lamps, built in robes on both sides and a 42" FHD TV with streaming services (Netflix/YouTube etc). Bedroom 2 has a King size bed, beside tables with lamps and a built in robe Bedroom 3 has 2 x King Single beds with a beside table, lamp and built in robe Bedroom 4 has 1 x King Single bed with a desk/workstation with built-in shelves The kitchen is state of the art and super modern with electric overhead sensor (touch) cupboards and caeserstone benchtops. The kitchen is fitted with everything you could possibly need! All stainless steel Miele appliances, DeLonghi coffee machine, and stainless steel kettle/toaster. We also provide breakfast supplies and kitchen basics like oil, salt, sauces, glad wrap, foil, storage containers, cleaning accessories and dishwashing supplies. The indoor dining area has a glass table with white leather chairs seating 8 people, ample space for dining. There are two (2) living areas - one formal area at the front of the house, with a gas log fire for cosy winter evenings. The other is in the open plan kitchen/lounge area, fitted with a 75" FHD TV, with streaming services (Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney+), DVD player and Wii. It will comfortably seat 8 people, with views of the lush tropical-inspired back garden. The full bathroom has a bathtub, toilet, and a spacious shower with both rainfall shower head and hand-held shower. There is also a powder room just off the full laundry, which contains a basin, top loader washing machine, with laundry liquid, fabric softener, pegs, wash basket, clothes horses and cleaning equipment (brooms etc) provided for your convenience. Enjoy year-round comfort with the gas log fire in the formal area and central heating throughout the house for the colder months, and split system/fans for the warmer months. The house stays very cool in summer thanks to the beautiful, mature 80 year old oak tree in the back garden, not only providing shade to the house, but a gorgeous spot to enjoy a lazy weekend breakfast, lunch or dinner, or even just to kick back and enjoy a coffee. Also provided are DVD's, Wii for kids (of all ages!), books, games and toys for the kids, to play at their own little dining and play area. In the warmer months, step out to the patio to the deck, where you can cook up a storm on the bbq and enjoy enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner outside at the 8 seater outdoor setting. Relax to the sound of the multiple water features around the backyard and enjoy the lush surrounds of the tropical garden. Guest access The house is all yours during your stay. The only area that can't be accessed is the garage/shed which contains garden maintenance equipment. Two of the laundry cupboards will be locked, these contain cleaning chemicals and supplies. Other things to note Please note the overhead cupboards in the kitchen are electric, the others are soft closing - do not try to force them open! Touch the corners gently and they will open! Also, one of the kitchen cabinets (the cutlery draw) is a mobile unit - it can be moved around if additional room is needed. Strictly NO pets
