It feels spacious with a nice layout of the bedroom, living room and a separate kitchen with sliding glass door. The unit is located on the 21st floor with great city view. # Only about 5 minutes walk to BTS Onnut Skytrain station. # Very fast Hi-Speed Internet 500/500 Mbps. # Enjoy yourself in nearby neighborhood, local market, Big C Super Center, Lotus Hypermarket, Beer Garden, Street food, Thai massage, 24 hours conveneit stores, cafe and many more. # Great accommodation in Central Bangkok Thailand - Sukhumvit Road. This Condominium is Brand New, the room has large windows with very high ceiling so it feels quite spacious. Very quiet neighbors on this floor. Only sometime, there might be some traffic noise at night such as ambulance siren as the building is located in the city. Guest access You will be given1 key card to access the elevator and facility areas. You can enjoy the facilities such as the rooftop garden on the top floor, swimming pool and gym are on the 37th Floor. Sky lounge and co-space working area are on the 38th floor. Other things to note To ensure that you have a good stay, please feel free to communicate to me anytime. I am willing to help. Thank you. * For safety, please do not smoke in the room or balcony. Penalty of 2,000 baht for violation for extra cleaning fee. * Please keep the place clean. Extra charges might apply if more time are needed from ordinary cleaning. * Please do not make loud noises. Kindly speak or talk softly. * Kindly do not throw anything in the toilet bowl, it will jam and cause unpleasant experience. * A 1,000 baht keycard deposit is required per card and will be returned when check out. Loss of key will cost 1,000 baht per key. So please take care. * Overnight parking fees may apply. Please check with me for details. * The price of electricity is 5 baht per unit usage. We will use electricity meter to calculate the cost. * Kindly note, due to the rare earthquake in Bangkok on 28 March 2025, some part in the common area such as hallway tiles and ceiling on the apartment floor are under repair process.
