Living room & Kitchen: Open-plan with spacious kitchen and living room, good social spaces. Large dining room table seating 8 persons. Wi-Fi and TV are available. Bathroom 1: Large bathroom with sauna, shower & toilet Bathroom 2: Bathroom with washing machine & WC Large balcony with south facing view and view towards Åreskutan, Renfjället and Åre Sjön. Guest access Ski in/Ski Out, close walking distance to Gunnilbacken in Tegefjäll. But can ski to and from the house in good snow conditions. Close to restaurant, minilivs as well as Skistarshop for purchase of lift passes and ski rental. Small Bod is available for smooth storage of skis. The ski bus goes to both Åre (5km) and Duved (3km). Åre about 5 min by Car and Duved about 5 min by car. Other things to note cleaning before and after is done by the cleaning company and costs 2500 including Towels and sheets for 6 people.
