Living room & Kitchen: Open-plan with spacious kitchen and living room, good social areas. Large dining table with room for 8 people. Wi-Fi and TV are available. Bathroom 1: Large bathroom with sauna, shower & toilet Bathroom 2: Bathroom with washing machine & toilet Large balcony facing south and overlooking Åreskutan, Renfjället and Åre Lake. Guest access Ski in/Ski Out, close walking distance to Gunnilbacken in Tegefjäll. But you can ski to and from the house during good snow conditions. Close to restaurant, mini-market and Skistarshop for purchase of lift tickets and ski rental. Small shed is available for easy storage of skis. The ski bus goes to both Åre (5 km) and Duved (3 km). Åre about 5 minutes by car and Duved about 5 minutes by car. Other things to note Cleaning before and after is done by the cleaning company and costs 2500 including towels and sheets for 6 people.
