Pet friendly single family home in a quiet community. Equal distance to downtown Lewes, Dewey and Rehoboth beach ( less than 8 miles ). The yard is fenced and features include a screened porch and an outdoor shower. There are three bedrooms and two full baths. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and an attached bath with a walk in shower. The second bedroom has two bunk beds and the third bedroom has a full bed. The hall bath has a shower and tub combination. The space If you’re interested in a time frame that is unavailable, message me because if it’s time that I blocked out for myself I may be able to accommodate your request. If you’re interested in renting for a one to four month stay during the winter season, message me and we can discuss pricing. Please let me know if you will be bringing your own sheets, and blankets or if you’d like me to provide them. Renovated 3 bedroom 2 bath ranch with a screened porch, outdoor shower and large fenced yard. Located in a quiet neighborhood close to Lewes, Rehoboth and Dewey beaches. Fully stocked kitchen including spices and condiments. Walking distance to a shopping center including a full service restaurant. Very close to the Lewes park and ride if you choose to take the bus instead of driving to the beaches. Will accept one well behaved house trained dog with a pet fee of $200 per seven day stay. ( for a shorter stay will prorate the fee ) Please clean up dog waste both in the yard and the neighborhood. (The landscapers cut the front and backyard on Thursday morning so do not have your dog in the yard loose until you know the lawn has been cut and you’ve checked both gates to make sure they’re fully closed ) Guest access Driveway that fits several cars. Do not park in the garage or on the grass. Other things to note Please keep the garbage and recycle bins at the curb. Pick up day is on Wednesday.
