Comfortable room with private bathroom located in a private, quiet and pleasant residential development ideal for resting. You can find several commercial establishments nearby (restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, among others). Very close by is Parque del Este, El Millenium Mall, Francisco de Miranda Avenue, and Los Dos Caminos subway station. The development has private surveillance and a small park where you can spend some quiet time. The space Room with private bathroom, air conditioning, and TV! In a fairly quiet residential area ideal for resting in a very quiet place after a long day. You can enjoy common areas such as two living rooms and a terrace. You can cook as long as you leave the kitchen clean after use. There is a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, juice squeezer, tostiarepas, and a fridge that can be used without any problem. The only residents of the house are my mother Marisela Benitez, my aunt Rosa, and two playful dogs, Oreon and Coco, who you will surely like. Although I am the host, they will gladly welcome you. Guest access You can have access to all the shared areas such as the terrace, the rooms and the patio of the apartment below. The development is gated and you can exercise in the development's park or walk quietly. During your stay You will have privacy, however, if you have any questions or need help, my mother or my aunt will be happy to assist you. Other things to note IMPORTANT!! For stays longer than 8 days, sheets, towels, and room cleaning will be changed on the 8th day. Example: if the stay is 9 days, the room will be cleaned (swept) and the sheets and towels will be changed on the 8th day. If the stay is less than 8 days, no cleaning or change of sheets and towels will be done. There are a couple of rooms on the same floor so you can probably find some other guests
