Our house was built with sustainability standards and seeking total integration with nature. Located 10 meters from the river's edge, it offers a unique experience of a direct relationship with the environment, surrounded by fruit trees and Juçara (Açaí) palm trees. It has an 8-meter swimming pool with Jacuzzi and a natural swimming pool, bathed with warm water directly from the Preguiça River, installed on a riverside deck of approximately 50m2, where the sunrise and moonrise offer a beautiful contemplation. The space The rental amount refers exclusively to 2 external suites, which make up the standard accommodation available to the guest. If there is interest, another 4 additional suites may be used, for an extra payment, to be previously adjusted. It should be noted that, during the rental period, all other areas of the house will be fully available for use, with the rental of the entire structure being exclusive, and there will be no sharing with third parties. There is a beautiful outdoor gourmet area, approximately 50 m2, with a barbecue, TV, freezer and refrigerator, as well as all household utensils. The parking lot is large and has plenty of free area, fully lawn for guests' enjoyment. Because it is located close to the city center and the riverfront , the movement of boats and other boats is intense , creating a relaxing atmosphere for those on the deck enjoying the landscape. During the rental will also be on duty in the house, a domestic secretary assisting in the kitchen and cleaning ( cost R$150 separately charged) At the bottom of the property there is a housekeeper, who is responsible for cleaning the place, maintenance and pool cleaning. Any other services must be arranged directly with him, upon payment of a tip. IT IS EXPRESSLY FORBIDDEN TO STAY AND HOST MORE THAN THE CONTRACTED AMOUNT, SUBJECT TO THE PAYMENT OF R$ 200.00/day per ADDITIONAL GUEST
