Good large turning space even with a trailer. The Cabin Studio is private,gr8 views & 100m away from the other dwelling. All mobile phone providers get good reception at cabin. There's a comfy Qu bed, TV, NEW WIFI & optional Inflatable single mattress & bedding available for a 3rd guest on request at an extra $35. AND FOR A SINGLE WORKING GUEST off peak season -we're offering Monday to Thursday at $80 a night base price + $25 cleaning/linen fee so that's $345 for 4 nites. Please inquire. 24/7 laundry is available in the village. Cabin has a good TV and a DVD player and a very big selection of DVDs :) Guest access Check yourself in after 3pm. Cabin is down a 800m long shared driveway with our neighbour's. Cabin has its own private entrance, with large parking area, closing gate and driveway. There's 1 easy step onto the covered deck. Other things to note We live in a lovely rural neighborhood. There're farm animals close by. With many local attractions & amenities, Beaches, vineyards, Bush walks e.g. the Mangawhai Cliff walk is on NZ's must do list. Our cabin is totally off grid and we ask that any lotions or cleaning fluids put down the sinks be reasonably eco-friendly in order to keep our bio tank friends happy :) Toilet is a standard RV/boat macerating electric toilet with a smallish outlet pipe and slow suction and so extra care is needed. Handy tip = flush often. Only the 3 P's please, no wet wipes etc to avoid possible blockages. Then it works fine :)
