Upstairs: 2 double bedrooms (140x190cm) and 2 twin bedrooms (2 beds 90x190cm), 2 shower rooms, wc. Charges surcharge €25/day (gas+electricity). Linens extra €10/single bed €15/double bed. This cottage is designed to accommodate a seminar group. A deposit will be required (€2,000 for the cottage and €100 for cleaning) if it has not been paid by bank card. 1 km from Aix-en-Othe, 35 km from Troyes, and 35 km from Sens. In the heart of the Pays d'Othe, a newly built, self-contained house on a wooded plot.
