201 Westgate is 3 minutes walk from York train station. TVs and DVD players in bedroom 1 and also in the lounge. 5 minutes walk to the start of York’s bars, restaurants and historic walls, cathedral, museums etc. The apartment has a fully kitted out kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, cutlery, glasses etc. As an added bonus the apartment also includes its own Art Gallery that has been built by the host over the last few years. Why not let me know which piece is your favourite? The space All areas of the apartment are available for the guests. Both bedrooms and the lounge have river views. Guest access The access is via the main entrance on Leeman Road. Guests then take the lift or stairs up to level 2 where apartment 201 is located. Other things to note A few little points for guests: Car Parking Pay and display car parking is available to the public car park to the rear (please see river view in the listing), and also the Commuters car park near the Railway Museum on Leeman Road. Entrance Access is via a key box situated on the access ramp leading to the front entrance. The box is marked X BOX. On the day I will let you have the 4 number code. On departure please post the keys and fobs into the 201 mailbox in the entrance foyer. Miscellaneous The DVD library, the vinyl records and the book collection are for all guests present and future to enjoy. The collection of vodka bottles are for display only so please don’t be tempted as I do not have a licence to sell alcohol
