Best spot @Condado w Park and Beach

This is home. We love it! It's right in the heart of Condado, yet not on noisy Ashford Ave so it is very homey. It's a high floor with views right in front of Stella Maris Park and 1.5 blocks frm beach, a great neihborhood for our kids. The space We have been hosting on airbnb for over 3 years and decided to open up our actual home to you while we are on vacation. It is a privileged location in Condado and we love it. Quiet area, great open living room and having Stella Maris park right down stairs is a definite plus for the kids. It is right in the Tourist district! Guest access Full apartment Other things to note As this is our home, it to be fully functional. We are a family of 4 with a 7yr old boy and a 4 yr old girl so expect toys if you are bringing kids. You can also use their bikes to go to the park
