The house is situated a three minute walk away to ascot train station with regular trains direct to London Waterloo (57 mins) This house is a fantastic location for the races. It is a 8 min walk to the race course. The house has everything you will need for your stay I always go above and beyond to make sure you have the best stay The space Three bedroom One king size bed with large wardrobe and storage under bed. One double room with Chester draws and storage under bed One single room with storage under bed Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need including washer and dryer Bathroom has a shower and bath and large basin with storage underneath with a mirror and hairdryer provided Bedding and Towels are provided with spare towels too The living area is cosy and very comfortable, with a dinning room table. The garden has a patio with outside lights for night time Guest access On checkin I will always introduce myself and meet the guest who choose to stay. I will walk you through the house to make sure you are happy, comfortable and know how to work everything
