Guest suite in Wellingore

Kick back and relax in this beautiful listed Grade ll Lincolnshire Country Cottage. Self check-in. The space This beautiful self contained space includes a spacious and light double bedroom with a walk in wardrobe, a private living room (the Snug) with sofa and large LED TV to sit back and relax, and a newly fitted en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. Coffee and tea making facilities also provided, and a fridge. There are no cooking appliances. Guests have their own separate entrance and will not need to come into frequent contact with anybody else should they wish. Guests have full access to the garden and well behaved dogs are welcome on request. We do not use the garden when we have Airbnb guests, however our kitchen bifold doors do open out onto the garden and so you may see us give you a friendly wave if you are relaxing on the lawn or walking in and out of your annex. Guest access On Street parking is available next to the property. For those who are not driving, regular bus services link Wellingore with the city of Lincoln and Grantham. Other things to note No parties or excessive noise, this is a peaceful house and neighbourhood.
