Stunning Cornish Cottage. (+Hot Tub) Perranporth

Thanks for your interest in Trevellance Cottage. We regret that we have decided to scale down our letting period so will only be able to advertise very occasional holiday weeks from this year.. Trevellance Cottage is a detached, traditional Cornish cottage located on the edge of the quiet village of Bolingey, and a short walk from Perranporth's famous surfing beach. Located in the beautiful valley of Penwartha Coombe the cottage is ideally placed for day trips to all parts of Cornwall. The space Many guests to Trevellance Cottage return year after year as they fall in love with the beautiful cottage and its homely feel. Available weeks are limited for this reason. The cottage is Grade ll listed and is set in idyllic gardens and woodlands, in a valley location. We are lucky to also have the 17th Century Bolingey Inn just a 'stumble' down the road On arrival guests are greeted with a 'Proper Cornish' welcome pack that includes a cream tea, free range eggs from our 'chickens and ducks', and freshly baked bread. We have a limit of six guests, but we also provide free use of a Bow Top Caravan in the grounds for those who fancy a night or two under the stars! A well behaved dog can also be included in your party but please let us know in advance., Looking after our guests is always very important to us and we do our best to make each holiday 'really special'. We accept weekly booking from Friday to Friday. Sky Q included! Please note that one of the single bedrooms is on the ground floor and the other is accessed through the en-suite bedroom. Guest access Guests have free access to all of the cottage grounds and have a large secluded garden for their own private use. Other things to note There is a large area alongside the private garden for the exclusive parking of guests cars.
