Lovely Tiny House surrounded by greenery - an oasis of peace! The extensively equipped accommodation is an ideal base camp for "expeditions" into the Mühlviertel and Linz region. This apartment is an ideal base for excursions by car, motorcycle, bicycle, mountain bike - close to Linz (20 min. by car). Fast WLAN, parking, private access, open fireplace outside and cozy pellet stove inside, the existing swimming pond can be shared. The space The house has a size of approx. 30 m2 including the terrace Guest access Vehicles can be parked safely directly on the property. Other things to note Dogs (max. 2) are welcome, we have a dog ourselves. The property is 4000m2 and not fenced. The swimming pond is not for the dogs, but there is another small pond where dogs can cool off.
