Enjoy this beautiful, quiet, spacious apartment in the Chartrons district. It offers all the comforts you need and we hope you'll feel right at home :) The space The apartment is 55 m² and is quite spacious. It consists of a large kitchen with an adjoining dining room, A small hallway leading to a toilet and a 15 m² living room with two sofas. Adjacent to this you will find a large bedroom (mattress changed in May 160 x 200) with space to store your clothes, as well as a bathroom with bathtub :) Everything overlooks a small, very quiet courtyard below (belonging to a neighbor) There is no one opposite, you can even hear the birds singing in the morning :) It is not allowed to have parties, aperitifs or to smoke in this apartment. FYI: This is a place I only rent when I travel, so it's not exclusively listed on Airbnb (although everything is tidy and there's space for you, my stuff is inside, my coats are behind the sofa, the drawers are not empty… We make sure that everything is very clean and it is not a hotel or new accommodation, it is an old apartment typical of the Bordeaux region inhabited when you are not there :) Guest access There are paid parking spaces on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. in front of the apartment, on the street and everywhere around but you can park for free at any time 2/5 minutes walk from the accommodation (cours de luze, rue du professeur vexés, rue barreyre, parking plein air rue Daniel guestier with plenty of spaces….) Tram C is a three-minute walk from the property (Camille Godard stop). Other things to note Wi-Fi is available in the accommodation, I indicated that the TV was not present simply because I can't get my remote control to work but with a little trick (button on the TV) the TV is functional Registration Details 33063007167F4
