Stunning Seaview retreat in Tokomaru Bay

Forget your worries in this spacious and peaceful home located on an elevated site in the middle of the bay. Pick yourself up a famous paua pie from Cafe 35, pour yourself a cold one and sit back on the deck to watch the sea and sky change from blue to purple to pink to orange. Enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets and panoramic views from almost every room. Go to sleep to the hypnotic sound of the waves then get up and do it all again! Kia tau te rangimarie... The space This is a two story house with four double bedrooms. The house is built for indoor/outdoor living with plenty of comfortable seating to keep everyone happy. You can even lie on the very comfortable outdoor couch with a book! You are welcome to swap a book if you finish yours and need a new one. The kitchen is fully equipped although there is no dishwasher so you will have to wash those dishes old school styles! On the upside, it has a kitchen sink with a view! FYI my husband and I live at the rear of the property in a separate unit, with separate entrance and driveway. We will of course respect your privacy. Guest access Although we are on a hill it is not steep and there is plenty of parking (up to three cars) up the driveway or on the grass verge. For the "parking and backing challenged" please be careful, the bank and the curve of the drive can be deceiving. Other things to note Three of the bedrooms are located on the second floor and the bedroom on the ground-floor opens to the courtyard. Three of the bedrooms can sleep 2 people sharing a bed and one bedroom has a double and a single bed. There are also two very comfortable large couches in the lounge that can easily sleep 2 for those who like to watch a bit of tv before going to sleep. The separate sleepout at the back of the house is not part of the Airbnb. The owners reside here but have there own separate entrance.
