Ideal for any type of stay alone, 2, 3 people or couple with 2 children, charming T2 (3rd + elevator) in a closed and secure residence, in the heart of the marina of the marina of Frontignan. Less than 100 m separate the residence from the beach. Restaurants, bistros and other tourist shops are numerous during the season. Many water activities are practiced there (independently or supervised by professionals) and a children's water playground is nearby. The space Bright, recently renovated accommodation, comprising: 1 bedroom with a view of the marina, equipped with a double bed (1.40 x 1.90 m), a bathroom (sink and shower), a separate toilet, a living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a lounge area with a sofa bed (convertible into a 1.40 x 1.90 m bed). Sleeping arrangements have comforters, case sheets, and blankets (and/or duvets). Important: If the reservation is for 2 people, each occupying one bed (double bed in the bedroom and sofa bed in the living room), then bed linens and towels will not be provided unless an additional €15 is paid. Similarly, bed linens and bath towels are not provided for stays limited to a single night. So, remember to make room for them in your luggage! No pets, even small, are not allowed. Failure to comply with this prohibition would lead to a de facto cancellation, and the failure to hand over the keys upon arrival on site. The 6 m² covered terrace allows for outdoor dining. It overlooks the marina on the captaincy side and tourist office. The accommodation is associated with a private parking space. Bike racks are also available in front of the residence entrance. Guest access The beach and port district is about 2 km from the city center. It is connected to the heart of Frontignan by an intercity bus line (No. 16) with regular rotations and serves all its neighborhoods as well as the train station. From the city center, public transit lines of the agglomeration also serve many pretty villages and surrounding towns and in particular the city of Sète. Special: Parking is free throughout the entire municipal area of Frontignan (sometimes regulated as a “blue zone” but free). Other things to note In addition to the regular weekly street markets in the heart of the city (Thursday and Saturday), commercial, artisanal, artistic or recreational events are regularly organized during the tourist season (see tourist office program). Mid-July is also an opportunity to taste "Muscats", of which Frontignan is the world capital, but also shellfish and crustaceans, pure local products. In July and August, the night craft markets take place every Wednesday from 6 p.m. to midnight at Place Vauban in Frontignan port (west bank).
