We are in the heart of Trastevere, one of the oldest and most characteristic districts of Rome where you can walk through the suggestive alleys and taste the typical dishes of the tradition. The apartment located in a 19th century building has been finely restored recreating, in a modern key, but with attention to its antiquity, the setting of a real Roman Domus. Inspired by the calidarium (hot water tub) of the thermal baths of ancient Rome, there is a whirlpool tub. The space Livia's apartment allows you to treat yourself of moments of relax and well-being in an atmosphere of absolute privacy, to be enjoyed thanks to the large whirlpool tub covered with yellow mosaic inside the bedroom and the large shower. The exposed brick walls, vaulted ceilings and original iron beams of the time create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, giving charm to the entire apartment. The house is a single open space carefully furnished, where you can enjoy a comfortable double bed and a kitchenette. The bathroom is equipped with the main services. To ensure the best comfort for the guests, the apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, smart TV that can also be used from your smartphone, and air conditioning. Upon your arrival, you will find a complete set of exclusive Luxury linen from the historic Italian company Pedersoli, a supply of shower gel and body cream. Covid-19 measures: the apartment is completely cleaned and sanitized after each check-out to ensure maximum safety for new guests. Guest access You’ll have the apartment just for yourself. Other things to note To offer all our guests a pleasant stay, please consider the following: - Check-in from 3 PM, early check-in upon request - Check-out until 10 AM, late check-out upon request - Check-in from 10 PM to Midnight is subject to an extra fee of 20€ and from Midnight to 2 AM of € 40 (Check-in after 2 AM upon request), to be paid directly at the check-in by cash or credit card. - Please respect the home and the people living in the building. - Cleaning services and additional linen are available for a fee and on request. - According to Italian law: the tourist tax provided by the City of Rome is 3.50€ and is applied per person per night for the first 10 nights. Children up to 9 years are exempted. - Guests will be required to present a valid ID at check-in for registration to the Italian security authorities. - Guests will be invited to sign a short lease contract which will be made available by e-mail before arrival. - Inside the apartment you will find the House Manual with all the essential information. - Guests have access to a concierge service from the time of booking until check-out.
