On the outskirts of ChCh, nestled at the end of the beautiful peaceful Otahuna Valley, our new home is on a 4 ha lifestyle block with alpacas and other farm animals. Offering guests a fully self-contained studio with full kitchen & washing machine, with valley & garden views. Great countryside for walks & biking. 5 min to great cafes and restaurants. Close to Cossars, Rosendale & Otahuna function centres. The space The studio is under our home with private entry and patio, and garden and valley views. The queen bedroom has full wardrobes including full mirror, and ensuite with shower. Full kitchen including washing machine and laundry cupboard. Tea, coffee, sugar, milk, cooking oil and salt & pepper supplied. Living area has table and chairs, comfy couch and TV with netflix. Please note the TV does not have sky or regular TV channels. Please note we also have The Wagon accommodation on our property if couples are travelling together and want accommodation on the same property. Guest access Guests have their own private studio and patio with parking outside the studio.. Entry is by lockbox with key. Other things to note Please note the TV has netflix, but no sky or regular TV channels. We have a pet maltese shitzu on the property
