Welcome to Villa Ayan. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 en-suite, fully renovated, fully fitted kitchen with potable water and private pool. Its location is amazing, quiet place , just a few meters from Sai Yuan Road ( restaurants, massage shops,... ) and close to the famous Naiharn Beach ( 4 minutes ) and Rawai Beach ( 5 minutes ). The swimming pool, the terrace and the tropical garden are a paradise in the day and in the night. Come and spend a dream holiday here! The space Let's push the garden's door and then you can see an amazing space with nice swimming pool with a lovely terrace. Let's go inside the villa: There is a large living room equipped with a 55 inch smartTV with all the channels in the world and a modern kitchen with access to the terrace and the swimming pool. You can find 2 bedrooms with their private bathroom : Bedroom 1 : Master suite with king size bed and ensuite bathroom and one smart tv Bedroom 2 : King size bed and ensuite bathroom Other things to note Included in the stay: Bathroom and pool towels and bed linens are provided. Cleaning and Linen Policy: To keep the villa clean and comfortable, we follow a specific cleaning schedule: The first cleaning is performed after 4 nights, with a change of towels. After 3 more nights (the 7th night), a second cleaning is performed, with a change of towels and bed linen. Extra cleaning services (with towel or linen changes) are available on request, but they are not included in the price and depend on our availability. Feel free to contact us in advance if you'd like to arrange one. For your comfort, the villa is also treated for pests every 3 months. Not included: Electricity is billed at 6 THB per unit (kWh). A photo of the official meter will be taken upon arrival and departure. The difference will be multiplied by 6 THB. Additional services such as tours, car and motorbike rentals, or taxis are available upon request at an additional cost.
