Welcome to our Kasaluntian Haven. We want you to feel the country-living comfort of our studio and enjoy the cool breeze that is uniquely Tagaytay. Be our guest and feel at home! *Enjoy your staycation in our inviting and spacious fully-furnished 39 sq.m studio with a tropical-resort vibe *5 cascading Heated-outdoor pool and jacuzzi. The space *Wake up to cool mornings and enjoy the condo's family-themed amenities like the open lawn and play area; 5 cascading outdoor pool for adults and kids and lower/upper jacuzzi (heated) open from 7am-7pm, however some portion will be closed every Wednesday from 7am-12noon for general cleaning/maintenance. Proper swimming attire is advised and bring your own towel for pool use. Indoor amenities includes the community lounge per building and community roof deck. *Chill in our KING-SIZED bed, that will comfortably fit (2-3) guests; 2.0 HP split-type inverter air conditioning system; ceiling fan; loveseat with throw pillows; decorative ceiling lights and mirrors; 2 seater dining table as well as table and chairs at the balcony. *Binge-watch in our 55-inch Smart TV with a huge selection of HD movies and TV-series via standard cable *Wifi available with access to NETFLIX *Our kitchen is equipped with a 7 cu.ft. refrigerator, electric-stove, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, pots and pans, and essential table wares for your dining pleasure. Only Light cooking is advised preferably heating foods only. Kindly clean as you go and treat our place like your own home. *COMPLIMENTARY INCLUSIONS: Fresh beddings, two (2) bath towels, hand towels. _________________________________________ Guest Access: Enjoy Kasa Luntian's Amenities! *Enjoy the cool breeze of Tagaytay at the condo's grounds. Chill out in the adult and Children's swimming pool and 2 heated jacuzzis, with a Children's Open playground and jogging paths. *Open parking available inside the Kasa Luntian grounds. ___________________________________________ Other things to Note: *NO Pets and NO Smoking on the Unit. *The property is not part of any hotel operation. Much like having your own vacation home, they come fully furnished with well equipped kitchen. cook wares, dinner wares, initial cleaning and toiletry supplies. *This is a self-service property. No staff will be on site, so there will be no room service, no daily housekeeping service, no daily sheet changes or towels. *Housekeeping service can be arranged at an extra cost of $10 (500PHP) upon request. Please let us know in advance so we can arrange it. *NO additional furnishings, appliances, or supplies other than what is found inside the unit shall be provided. *Damage and stains to beddings, towels, and other room and items breakage will be charged accordingly. Guest access Guest can enjoy the premises and the pool area but should advise the unit owner if planning to use it because it's by reservation that will be acknowledge by the Property Administration. Please be reminded that only 2 hour per pool section (6persons) is allowed, but can extend if no body is in reservation of the area. Strict implementation on the proper swimming attire. Other things to note -A security deposit of PHP1,000 shall be collected upon check-in and will be returned to you full amount when there’s no damage/loss in the unit upon check-out. -STRICTLY NO SMOKING inside the unit. -NO PETS allowed -Keycard damage or lost will be charged.
