Other things to note Here on our land we have some friendly alpacas and hens; you’ll be able to see them roaming from the lodge (you can meet them with us if you’d like to, simply ask when you arrive; however we ask you not to go in their field during your stay). Depending on the season you will also see hares, curlews and lapwings in the fields surrounding you. We provide access to some of our fields for you to wander and enjoy the meadows and wildlife and ask that you be mindful of any ground nesting birds as you wander. 🐕 You are welcome to bring a well-behaved dog with you - please advise us when you book by adding 1x pet, and note that like many airbnbs, we charge a pet fee of £30. The garden is fully fenced, this won’t necessarily contain all dogs depending how high they can jump, and we are next to a road so do assess for yourself if your dog us safely contained on arrival. The inside floor is wood laminate, so house trained dogs only please! We do provide food and water bowls in case you forget, but not pet beds as yours will probably want their own familiar bed :) Doggy rules are: 🐕 all four paws on the floor - please stay off the furniture 🐕 stay on a lead on our fields due to the rare wader birds nesting and the rare hares too. 🐕 be thoughtful of the garden, no digging, and please don’t leave any hidden surprises for our next guests!
