Although we don't have our own parking lot, our guests usually leave their cars in the private parking lot just behind the house. The house has a balcony overlooking the sea. It's the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. The space The house accommodates up to 8 people and is located in the Vila de Picinguaba neighborhood. This village is incredibly quiet and welcoming. The house, with its caiçara style, is simple and cozy, but always kept clean. The great highlight is its privileged location: less than a step from the sands of Picinguaba Beach, from where the tour to Ilha das Couves departs. As this is a small fishing village, we do not have running water, our water comes straight from the waterfall, so we ask that you be a conscious guest. We don't have big businesses like a pharmacy or butcher shop, but we have a mini market and bakery and some restaurants in the village.
