In a bourgeois house built in 1884, on the 1st floor without an elevator, apartment refurbished with care, sufficiently equipped to ensure that your only clothing luggage is enough for you. "Magical" surprises are hidden everywhere 😉 In the shared laundry room: washing machine, ironing table, steamer, stretcher. Baby equipment available upon request (crib, booster seat, bath seat). Parking available on request at the time of booking (based on availability) The space The spacious living room consists of a dining area as well as a sofa bed. The separate kitchen has everything you need to make good dishes: microwave, oven, small appliances... as well as a dishwasher for your comfort. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable 160 cm bed. As for the shower room, it's up to you to discover where it's hiding... Harry Potter fans will recognize the clues 🤫 Guest access Regarding parking, I can provide (upon request at the time of booking) a private space in a private courtyard a few meters from the apartment. Please note that I only have space for 2 apartments, to be requested as soon as possible. There are also free and paid streets that alternate around the house. Paid spaces are free from 7pm to 9am and from 12:30pm to 2pm, and all day on Sundays. The spaces in the free streets (Rue d'Iéna, Rue de Foisy, Rue de Lusson, Rue Auvray...) are free at the end of the day, and you will easily find them on Sundays. The ideal is then to move around on foot, the express tram stop being at the foot of the house and taking you directly to the MMArena, the Arche de la Nature or the University. Train station is a 6-minute walk, pedestrian streets are 8 minutes away. Other things to note I don't charge a cleaning fee. I just expect you to take care of this apartment as if it were your own. A few crumbs on the floor or smudges on a mirror won't prevent you from getting the highest rating, as long as an effort has been made. I expect the same leniency from guests. One crumb or one hair that I might have missed does not make the apartment 'dirty'. For those with obsessive tendencies who plan to inspect everything upon arrival, please consider staying at a 3- or 4-star establishment that will have the appropriate staff.
