Many tours pick up in San Juan to take you to popular locations including El Yunque (rainforest). Guests are not authorized to access the locked storage closet/cabinets. Other things to note BALCONY Due to hurricane Maria, some damage was caused to our building including our balcony. The building administration is still working with the insurance company regarding renovations. At this time, we request you do not use the balcony. Our balcony is a little bit smaller than others in the building due to the damage (approx 10-12 inches smaller). It also caused the paint on the ceiling of the balcony to peel so it needs new paint. Some of the concrete on the exterior of the building was damaged. The patio door doesn’t open all the way. Due to the damage, the sliding door can be harder to open/shut. We have to be as gentle as possible and not force the door. The “seal” isn’t perfect so you do hear some city noise. We hope to address all of these items in the very near future so our place is even nicer for your stay.
