Luxury accomodation at Northsea w. view to Büsum

We took over our "Fernsicht" apartment in December 2021. Since then, it has been renovated/modernized with a lot of love – much is new and offers comfort. Our motto: If we feel comfortable, then so will our guests. The distant view over fields and meadows with all kinds of animals, the view to Büsum and towards the dike with the kites of the kitesurfers in the Perlebucht on the horizon as well as the fresh North Sea air invite you to relax - pure relaxation! The space The middle front door leads to the staircase. The apartment door is on the left. This will take you to the upper floor hallway. Immediately to the left, a staircase, which was modernized in January 2024, leads to the attic to the attic hallway with a gas boiler and through another door to the cozy bedroom. In both roof slopes (attic floor hallway and attic floor bedroom), three new Velux windows are installed. From the bedroom you can enjoy the sunrise as well as a distant view towards Oesterdeichstrich. NEW 04/25: In addition to the triangular window on the Velux window, an insect protection roller blind is now mounted there, so that in summer you can sleep undisturbed with the window(s) open. Behind the next door from the upper floor hallway on the left is the storage room, equipped with a vacuum cleaner, broom, ironing board, etc. Again on the left is the shower room, renovated in early 2023 and now luxurious with a comfort rain shower, washing machine, plenty of shelves and storage space. Again on the left is the children's room or guest room with a wardrobe, NEW in 01/2025 a pull-out double bed (from 80 × 200 = for 1 adult or child to 160 x 200 = suitable for 2 children) and desk or workplace. From the upper floor hallway on the right, you enter the spacious living room with an open, fully equipped kitchen, including a new, fully integrated dishwasher and a new fridge with freezer compartment. Meals are enjoyed at the beautiful 4-seat dining table. The new sofa bed invites you to relax. Opposite is the new TV with Ambilight and Blueray player. The new soundbar, connectable via BT, reproduces fantastic sound. The Wi-Fi enables smart TV, for example. Both balconies invite you to linger and sunbathe. Garden furniture is available. The beach chair is on the southwest balcony. Awnings are available for both balconies in summer. Guest access Free parking on the premises. Other things to note Unfortunately, due to organizational reasons, we are unable to offer a laundry package. In an emergency, a comprehensive laundry package is available for a fee and would only have to be washed by yourself upon departure. A washing machine is generally available for free use. Dish towels are also available, of course. In the immediate vicinity is a small, modern playground, fenced. The towns of Büsum (about 3 km away) and Sankt Peter-Ording (about 35 km away) offer plenty of variety.
