Sky Top mountain terrace

The Sky Top mountain terrace gives you the most stunning view over Ao Nang bay. In the centre of Ao Nang, far above all other facilities, the views from this location inspired a panoramic Skybox. Allow you to see the dream views in the daytime and stay overnight to dream. The air is less hot on the mountain, and the sea breeze is more intense. This unique place is anything but ordinary. The space Three panoramic boxes to sleep and a living room area are shaped on the Sky Top mountain terrace. The walls on the valley side are mainly made from glass, inside and outside. Some floor areas follow more or less the mountain shape. You can use the whole terrace at Sky Top-level. One terrace level below, there is a badminton court, and racquets and shuttles are available. There are basic facilities for making breakfast, coffee, and warming up a meal. A barbeque is on request available. Two extra beds are available, making it suitable for up to seven people to stay. The terrace following the mountain contour, with flowers and trees, has a very natural and relaxing setting. At twilight, you can see the giant fox bats flying over you, looking for a place to sleep. Asif, you landed in a Jurassic park scene. Daytime, you might see Sea eagles circling just in front of you. Guest access The slope to the Skytop is partly quite steep. Take care you rent a powerful bike (125CC) Drive in low gear, and don’t stop on the slope in one pass. Cars can also go up, but the tiny city cars might struggle when fully packed. Suppose you feel uncomfortable with the steep road, or you don’t have your transportation, a free shuttle service can be arranged with the Hilltop Restaurant. Operating hours, from 10:00 am until 9:00 pm to the Ao Nang beach area, subject to prior notice and availability. Restricted availability during dinner time. You are more flexible if you have your transport, like renting a motorbike or a car. Walking from the Skytop to the beach, the distance is about 1.3 Km, takes I guess 15 - 20 minutes downhill and 20 – 25 minutes uphill. Other things to note The living room has no separate bathroom. Guests who stay in that area have to use the outdoor toilet facility on the Sky Top terrace or use one of the onsite bathrooms with bedrooms 1 and 2 Please note Like most toilet systems in (rural) Thailand, our toilet system uses septic tanks. Do not flush toilet paper or paper towels down the toilet, but use the waste bins.
