The space Kitchen - fully furnished (Electric Stove, Refrigerator, Microwave, Rice cooker, Skillet, Toaster, Coffee Maker, and Utensils). Electricity – home is connected to the LEC power grid. The home is wired with both 110v and 220v outlets. There is usually refundable $20 starter credit. I can't control when LEC is off/on, but a 13Kva backup generator is available. Price quote DOES NOT include generator fuel or LEC credits. The guest is responsible for providing fuel for the generator and LEC credits for current during their stay. Washing Machine - a washer is available to assist the guest do laundry. The guest is responsible for laundry soap or detergents. Please consult the caretaker Jerry Bondo for instruction before using this machine. Water - 1,000 gallons poly tank available for water storage from a borehole well and supported by a 1.5 hp booster pump to ensure adequate pressure and stable water supply. Internet - one-time complimentary basic Internet service available to enable the guest to stream YouTube and Netflix. Internet upgrade is needed to stream live content. A guest staying more than a month is responsible for their internet service once the complimentary internet service expires. Garbage: Your Airbnb host is responsible for garbage disposal. Please use the large green garbage bin for all garbage disposal. Guest access Our caretaker in the compound, Jerry Bondo, is available 24hrs to assist the guest with any issue experienced on-site during their stay. Although not mandatory, we ask that you allow the caretaker in the home to take out trash, mop floors, and clean the bathrooms daily or every two days during your stay. Additionally, while we don't control your movement in and out of the yard, we consider your safety our main priority during your stay. Therefore, we kindly ask our guests to coordinate all entry and exit out of the fence with the caretaker since the entry gate is always locked. If you're leaving the yard for a night outing, please coordinate with the caretaker for entry into the yard. Other things to note House Rules No parties or large events in the house or yard – Prior permission is required directly from the Airbnb host during reservation. A group exceeding ten persons is NOT ALLOWED to gather or assemble in the yard. Please seek permission from your Airbnb host through the caretaker. No Smoking is allowed in the house or porch except in the open yard. Check-in time is flexible.
