It has a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots and pans, utensils, etc. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, with a large window and balcony, facing the front of the building. The wifi in the apartment is exclusive to the unit, with a speed of 50 mbps. There is an elevator that goes all the way to the rooftop. On the terrace/rooftop, we have a large infinity pool, outdoor shower, bathrooms and a bar. The sunbathing area has lounge chairs and we also have a comfy living room on a roofed section, where our guests like to work on their laptops. The common areas, terrace, pool, etc. have their own public wifi. Guest access The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a 6 story building, with elevator. There is a shared infinity pool, solarium, bar and roofed sitting area on the terrace. We have cameras in public areas and an evening/night security guard. From the condo, you can walk just 1 block to the famous pedestrian street 5th avenue. Grocery shopping, laundry service and small stores (Oxxo, 7/11) are found within 1 block radius from the condo. The closets beaches are Martina beach and Coco beach, at 500 mts (0.3 mile) from the apartment. Other things to note **Construction is ongoing next to our building.
