Private studio in container house - T3

Surround yourself in style in this cozy PRIVATE studio with a kitchenette 1,5 blocks from the beach. Built in a house made from recycled shipping containers, the studio has independent access. *Pets: Not allowed in this unit. If you need to bring your pet, check out our units T1 (mini-apartamento1-container-em-itapema-sc) ou T2 (mini-apartamento2-container-em-itapema-sc). The space The space is a studio with a kitchenette with basic equipment for small meals, a table, and a smart tv connected to the Wi-Fi network. The sofa bed is super comfy with a firm foam pillow top providing greater support (optional/ by request: we offer an extra viscoelastic foam pillow top for more confort). We have a shared gourmet area equiped with gas stove/oven, sink, barbecue grill, chairs and tables. The laundry area is also shared equiped with washing machine (free of charge) and dryer (extra fee). Guest access You will have simple and fast access to the apartment according to the self checkin instructions that will be sent to you after the reservation is confirmed. Checkin time is from 2pm on your day of arrival. For early checkin or late checkout, please contact us in advance. Other things to note The stove available in the unit is an 1 burner electric induction cooktop. There is a standard gas stove/oven in the shared outdoor kitchen. We provide bed linen and towels, as well as basic amenities to facilitate your arrival. There are no replacements of such items during the stay.
