Dona Del Mar is a Mexican-style villa with a heated salt water pool and gorgeous ocean views! This listing includes the 3 bedroom main house and the 1 bedroom Casita together. Also available without the casita on a separate listing. The high ceilings, spacious rooms, and many windows make this home feel incredibly open and airy. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and 2 rooms have French door balconies overlooking the Ocean. The impressive kitchen is fully stocked and there are multiple indoor and outdoor dining areas. Dreamy hammocks on the patio and umbrella shaded lounge chairs make for lovely afternoons poolside. The pool is kept at a comfortable 80 degrees year-round. The sweeping views are courtesy of a short but steep hill to the entrance of the property. Parking is available at the top of the hill and the front door is accessed by 10 steps. A long staircase leads to the bottom of the property and to the cobblestone street that will lead you to the beach. Golf Carts are recommended but not absolutely necessary. Our local co-host is available to help with whatever you need-- booking tours, transportation, private chefs, or any questions with the property. The house is located in the sought after neighborhood of Costa Azul, one of the highest points in San Pancho. The homes are built Mediterranean style into the hillside making for fabulous views of the beach and the Pacific Ocean as far as your eyes can see. You can walk 200 yards down the hill from the house and be on the sand in less than 10 minutes. It is approximately 2km (1 mile) from the house to "downtown" San Pancho, which can be done by a leisurely 25 minute walk along the beach or cobblestone streets. The house is built in to the hillside of a short but steep hill. Golf cart or car is recommended but not absolutely necessary. Taxis are also available to take you back and forth to town. Pets may be allowed. Must send a photo of the pet and $35 pet fee per stay.
