Grade 2 listed house in a quiet road, 5 minutes to the train station, the coastal path and into town and a 10 minute walk to the IOS ferry. Our guest room, with a king sized bed, is on the lower ground floor with windows facing the front garden, next to a private shower room. A light continental-style breakfast is included. Guest access We don't offer use of the washing machine or kitchen but there is a launderette a short walk down the road and a good choice of restaurants nearby. Please note there are stairs down to the bedroom. For guests staying for more than 1 night, please note that the house is not accessible between 12 noon and 5.pm. During your stay Either my husband, Mike or myself will be in the house during your stay, so no need for a key! Other things to note As much as we love guests staying with us please note that should you be staying with us for more than 1 night, the house is not accessible between 12 noon and 5 pm. Should you wish to drop off your luggage early (before check in) or leave it with us to collect later (after check out), you can drop it off in our Luggage Locker (I'll provide the code for the lock) and pick it up later when you check in and the same if you wish to leave your luggage when you check out. Just let me know when you book your reservation. It’s not huge but can hold a smallish case or a couple of back packs. We have a cat (Mollie) who may, or may not, say hello to you!
