You will completely relax and enjoy your time at our spacious and renovated Whistler condo. Offering 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms sleeping up to 6 guests, our condo offers 2 outdoor spaces, one East and one West facing, both ideal for extending your day when you come home from the slopes or trails. We have a well-stocked kitchen, secure parking for 1-2 vehicles, and in-suite laundry. Ski-in/ski-out to Blackcomb or take the free shuttle to either Blackcomb or Whistler Mountain or the Village. The space This spacious two-bedroom garden level condo, all on on one level, comfortably sleeps six people. With an East facing and a West facing patio you can enjoy the sun all day, or enjoy some time in the cooling shade. The kitchen is fully stocked and has high end appliances including an induction range and Miele dishwasher. It is located in a quiet setting in popular Benchlands just a short walk to the new Blackcomb Gondola, the Fairmont Golf Course and Lost Lake. With easy access to skiing, golf, the lake and bike trails. Cozy, convenient welcoming and private- Close to the village without all the noise. Perfect for any couple or family getaway! DISTANCES >>>The Upper Village is a 5-minute walk where great restaurants, cafes, a grocery store, and a liquor store are conveniently located. >>> The Main Village is a 15-minute walk, or you can take the free village shuttle with pick up and drop off at the end of the driveway! >>> Golf is a short half block away At the Fairmont Chateau Whistler Golf Club. Easy and quick access to the Valley Trail and Lost Lake. >>> Lost Lost Cross Country ski trails - easy access right across the street. LIVING SPACE A spacious, open, single-level floor plan: living/dining area with a queen sofa bed, large 42" Smart TV and cozy fireplace. Walk out to 2 large patios, one with a full-size BBQ. Enjoy a well-stocked kitchen with high-end appliances. BED & BATH Both bedrooms are spacious. One offers a queen-sized bed and the other has a new king-size bed with a desk that makes it perfect for catching up on work while enjoying the mountain. There is also a queen sofa bed in the living room. The master en-suite has a walk-in shower with a rain shower head while the main bathroom has a bathtub and shower combo. PARKING There is 1 free and secure underground parking stall. A second visitor parking stall is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Visitors parking pass is required Guest access Guests have access to the entire home as well as the private patios, Free on-site underground parking for 1 vehicle is included with parking being strictly monitored. Other things to note COVID19 Cleaning Considerations:update: Our cleaning staff is using extra precaution by practicing the following: ✔ Cleaning with bleach and alike products to disinfect all bathrooms and kitchens ✔ Using germicidal disinfectant for the following high touch surfaces: door and window handles,Cabinet and drawer handles, Phones (if the property has them), TV remotes and all light switches. The comfort and safety of our guests is always priority for us and we will continue to monitor the situation and ensure to make any modifications to our precautions as needed You may visit the Public Health Agency of Canada to keep you up to date. *********************** Please Note: If guests wish to use the fireplace we supply a couple fire-logs for you use during your stay .Guests can purchase more if necessary from the Upper Village Grocery store, Fresh St Market, Creekside Market or Home Hardware. Please do not use wood from around the complex or the forest. ************************ You will need a parking pass as well as a fob to access the parking spot in the underground car park. Both the pass and the fob will need to be returned or you will be charged a replacement fee. The fob is $100 and the parking pass is $150. This will only be charged if you leave with them.
