The entire 300 m2 villa and private pool is only for your group, and no one will be sharing the house or pool with you. There are 4 bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. Beautiful view of Patong and the sea. All 4 bedrooms have king size beds and all are air-conditioned, including the living room. EVERY DAY EXCEPT SUNDAY we will come to the villa to MAKE YOUR ROOM LIKE IN A HOTEL. in the living room a Harman Kardon speaker is available. The space The entire 300 m2 villa and private pool is only for your group, and no one will share the house or pool with you. There are 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, in this 4-level house. Stunning views of Patong and the sea. All 4 bedrooms have king size beds. The living room has a large 55"LED smart TV and the house has a free high-speed WI-FI CONNECTION. The bedrooms are located with 2 bedrooms on the upper floor, one bedroom near the main entrance of the house and the 4th bedroom located on the lower level of the living room. All the bedrooms are large in size. All have en-suite bathrooms. You cannot smoke or vape inside the house, but you can smoke on the outdoor terrace. ***The villa is located on Patong Hill, 80 meters down a small street off the main road. Most large taxis like a minivan will not agree to go on the small road because of the slope, so they will let you get off on the main road and you will have to walk the 80 meters to the house. The best and cheapest way to get around Phuket is to rent a motorcycle or scooter that can easily be rented in many stores, but I can also arrange for you to rent scooters that will be available upon your arrival. However, you should be comfortable and confident with driving a motorcycle before renting one as the slope of the main road is quite steep. ***If you have mobility issues and stairs or if a steep road is an issue for you, please consider these factors before making a reservation. The villa itself is located about 8 minutes (about 1.7 KM) by TUKTUK, taxi or motorbike to the beach, Jung Ceylan shopping mall and the famous Bangla road and nightlife. At the villa, you are surrounded by nature with excellent privacy, and yet very close to everything that Patong Beach has to offer. You must ensure that the sliding doors on both sides of the living room are securely locked to prevent accidental access to the pool. This is entirely your responsibility and as a father of two young children, I cannot stress the importance of 100% vigilance in this regard. ***The same applies to the stairwell from the main entrance to the living room below. This is a high descending staircase and no toddler or infant should be allowed on these stairs without parental assistance. ***No toddlers or babies who can walk, crawl or roll and are independently mobile in any way should be left unattended at any time during your stay with us.
