The space This beautiful and bright 37 m² apartment, located in a new building with a swimming pool and garage, was designed in a modern boho-Nordic style, combining the serenity of neutral tones with the warmth of wood and the contrast of red and black details. Each space is designed to provide comfort, harmony and functionality, creating a perfect atmosphere both to rest and to enjoy the city. ⸻ 🛋️ Living/dining room The heart of the apartment is its spacious, very bright and tastefully decorated living/dining room. The gray sofa with red cushions is combined with a black rug and white wooden nest tables that add a Scandinavian touch. A black dome pendant lamp frames the dining table with four contemporary design chairs, while a wall decorated with natural paintings and earth tones balances the energy of the space. The room has a 42" Smart TV, high-speed WiFi and hot/cold air conditioning, ideal for relaxing after a day of walking or working. ⸻ 🍽️ Integrated Kitchen The fully equipped kitchen is elegantly integrated into the living room through a visual bar that maintains the spaciousness of the room. It has an oven and electric stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, blender, toaster, electric kettle and all the utensils needed to cook comfortably. Guests will find complimentary coffee and tea for the first morning, along with a full set of dishes and details that reflect care and hospitality. ⸻ 🛏️ Master bedroom The master bedroom, visually separated by a designer divider, invites you to relax with its double bed with a capitonné back, fluffy pillows and bedding in sand and gray tones. The large side mirror and sliding door closet expand the feeling of space. Warm lighting, an arc floor lamp, and paintings above the bed add character and boho-Nordic style. The bedroom leads directly to the balcony, where a lounge chair and the wooded view create the perfect corner to enjoy a coffee, read or simply relax. ⸻ 🛋️ Living space / Second room The living area, adjacent to the bedroom, has a double sofa bed, ideal for additional guests or to enjoy a moment of reading or work. The divider with decorative shelves and design objects (globe, plants, ceramics) acts as a visual separator without removing light or amplitude. This architectural detail reinforces the apartment's contemporary and cozy style, maintaining privacy between the social area and the rest area. ⸻ 🚿 Full bathroom The bathroom is fully equipped with a large shower, towels, hairdryer and complimentary amenities for the first night (shampoo, soap and conditioner). White ceramic details and accessories in neutral tones maintain the modern and clean aesthetic of the rest of the apartment. ⸻ 🌅 Balcony and views The balcony with metal railings overlooking a grove of trees offers a charming outdoor space to relax, enjoy breakfast, or have a drink at the end of the day. The orientation allows for pleasant natural light for much of the day, without losing privacy or tranquility. ⸻ 🚗 Garage and building amenities The apartment includes a free parking space inside the building, suitable for small and medium-sized cars (not compatible with large vans). The modern and safe building offers a swimming pool on the terrace with a solarium, laundry and elevator access, guaranteeing comfort and practicality throughout the stay. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment (living room, dining room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and balcony). In addition, you can enjoy the building's common areas, which include: • Pool on the terrace with open views. • Covered garage inside the building (suitable for small and medium cars). • Elevators and common hallways to access the apartment. By consortium rules, access to other private areas of the building and pets are not allowed. Other things to note There are limited garages inside the building, subject to availability. Guests can check with me in advance to reserve a spot or receive recommendations for private parking a few meters from the accommodation. I'm always available to help you coordinate it. 🚖 Airport shuttle service If you need a transfer from the airport to the apartment, we can help you with trusted staff or taxis to offer you a safe and fast trip to the building's door. Once the service is contracted, we will share the driver's contact, who is paid directly. 🏠 House Rules Maximum 4 guests allowed in the unit at any time. A parking space suitable for small and medium vehicles is provided. Large vans are not compatible with the available space. No pets are allowed anywhere in the building. It is prohibited by the consortium, even in common areas. For the safety of all guests and staff, glass containers are strictly prohibited in all common areas, especially in the pool. In case of breakage, immediately inform the building staff. All guests must act courteously, avoiding offensive language or any unsafe, illegal, disruptive, or offensive behavior in common areas. Appropriate clothing (footwear, shirt, etc.) must be worn at all times in the common areas. Appropriate clothing must also be worn in the pool area. 🏊‍♀️ Pool Rules Proper swimwear is required. Before entering the pool, everyone must use the rinse showers. Jumping, running, or playing rough games is not allowed. Do not leave objects (shoes, toys, etc.) in the pool or on its edge, as they can cause accidents. It is not allowed to get into the elevators if you are wet or without proper clothing. Children under 12 must always be accompanied by an adult or guardian over 18. Children that are not toilet trained must wear swimming diapers. Throwing balls or similar objects in the pool is prohibited. Large floats (inflatable chairs, mats, etc.) are not allowed. Only flotation support devices for toddlers are allowed. Respect the maximum capacity of the pool as posted on site. No alcoholic beverages or personal food are allowed in the pool. No radios or external music devices are allowed. The use of abusive or rude language is forbidden. ⏰ Pool hours May to September: 10am to 7pm September to May: 10:00 am to 9:00 pm
