Ideal for business trips and family visits. Very calm and quiet neighborhood. It has a garage for one car, electronic gate. NOTE: The house is on top of a hill, easily accessible, but if you have a problem driving on hills, we do not recommend the rental. The space The house is very new, has a living room, kitchen, laundry area, a bedroom, a social bathroom and a toilet. Everything is brand new. Smoking, hosting guests, and parties are prohibited inside the house. We accept small pets. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE UPPER FLOOR (bedroom and bathroom). The bedroom can accommodate 4 people, two in a double bed and two single mattresses, and in the living room we have a sofa bed for another couple. Guest access The house has a garage for one car, but as it is on a hill it can be difficult to use it. But you can park your car on the street without problems as there is little movement and the neighborhood is very safe. Other things to note The house has a TV with 3D technology and some movies (including cartoons) for guests to enjoy. Children are welcome! If needed, we have a mattress available with a sheet (request when booking). Pets are welcome! However, at the moment we only accept small ones. Soon, we will make improvements and expand to receive medium and large pets as well. NOTE: Any damage or harm caused by pets will be the guest's responsibility!
