No problem: If you don't have cash, we'll give you our banking details at check-in so you can do an instant EFT. * Getting your deposit back: After you check out, we'll quickly inspect the property. * If everything's in order, we'll send the full R1500 back to you. * If there are minor damages, we'll provide a breakdown and deduct the costs. * In the unlikely event of major damages, we may need to request an additional payment or involve Airbnb support to help resolve the matter fairly. * Provide your banking details: To ensure a smooth refund, please give us your banking details anytime during your stay, before you check out.
