At La Clusaz, 500m from the lake/golf des Confins and at the foot of the cross-country ski slopes, a few minutes by shuttle from the Alpine Domaine de la Clusaz and the center of La Clusaz. Starting point for hiking and mountain biking. A few meters from the Golf des Confins, the lake and children's games (tree climbing, trampoline, donkey ride, etc.). Perfect location! 1/2 chalet, adjoining another. The space 1/2 semi-detached chalet with amazing views, balconies, terraces and garden. In winter: direct access to the cross-country ski slopes, and to the alpine ski slopes when there is sufficient snow. Return by free shuttle (in front of the chalet). Provision of a ski locker, living room and outdoor table for lunch and sunbathing if the weather is mild! In summer: hiking, mountain biking, golf... at the foot of the chalet. Provision of a charcoal barbecue and hammock. Living room and outdoor tables. Sleeps. 2 bedrooms with double beds. A dormitory with a triple bunk bed + a small single bed (70 x 180). On request: possibility to add a mattress on the floor in the dormitory. Also on request: possibility to use the sofa bed OR a double mattress located in an attic (access on all fours from one of the bedrooms, ceiling height of about one meter). Max capacity: 10 people. 2 bathrooms. 2 toilets (one separate, the other in a bathroom). Large, very well-equipped kitchen (Thermomix, fondue machine, raclette, Nespresso machine, etc. I will send you the list!), open to a cathedral living room with fireplace. (Wood NOT provided. On sale at the village U Express). Two balconies, one on the ground floor, the other upstairs. The one on the ground floor is equipped with two small tables to have an aperitif, breakfast... with an amazing view. A large terrace equipped with a living room and a table. In summer, hammock and BBQ. A garden to play adventurers in summer or sled down the slope in winter. Two parking spaces at the foot of the chalet, to be respected (I will explain where they are so as not to take the neighbors' spot!). Guest access Either by direct reception on site. Or with a lockbox. Other things to note Please note: linen and towels are not provided. Wood for the fireplace and charcoal for the BBQ not provided (can be bought in the village at U Express). Electricity consumption to be paid in the winter season. Read on arrival and departure. Kw/h: €0.18. Housekeeping scheduled on your exit. Please empty the garbage and tidy up the accommodation, including the board games and toys kindly lent by our children.
