The Broads themselves are interlinked by a series of rivers to form around 200miles of navigable waterways in serene countryside, making it the perfect staycation! Wroxham and Hoveton are two connected villages, split by the River Bure. Wroxham contains a number of visitor attractions including a riverside park, miniature worlds indoor model museum, the Bure valley steam railway and nearby Hoveton Hall gardens. The village is a hot spot in the warmer months but is well worth a visit any time of the year. Ground floor: Kitchen area: Siemens integrated electric oven & hob, under unit fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and washing machine . Living area: 55” smart TV with Freeview and popular entertainment apps such as Netflix, 2x 3 seater reclining sofas, oak dining table and chairs, log burner (please bring your own small smoke free logs for use) and patio doors leading to a small decking area with views of the water. The water area is a small inlet surrounding Trail Quay Cottages. Bedroom 1: double bed, dressing table, hairdryer, built in wardrobe with hangers, chest of drawers and 2x bedside tables Bedroom 2: x2 twin beds, freestanding wardrobe with hangers, dressing table and 1 bedside table. Bathroom: Large walk-in shower with high pressure rainfall showed head, towel radiator, sink, shaving/toothbrush charging point, toilet. Towels, hand soaps, tea/coffee/milk included. Pets are not permitted. Fishing from the private mooring is permitted. (licence required) No smoking. Boat hire centre just a short walk along Marsh Road where you can navigate the boat onto our private mooring before setting sail along the broads. Please note: there is unfenced access to the water only a few metres from the property. Guest access One car parking space is available on site for the duration of your stay at no cost. ✔️ Plenty of free and pay&display car park options within less than 5 min walk of the cottage for additional cars. 🚗 We’re located within a 10 min walk of Hoveton and Wroxham train station. 🚂 Our place has direct access to the picturesque and famous River Bure where you can pull up to the rear of the property in style to your very own private mooring or launch paddle boards! 🏄🏽‍♀️🚤
