To be honest, our property is located in the middle of paradise, more specifically in Residencial Mar Verde, a beautiful and safe gated community practically in front of Praia da Mococa in Caraguatatuba - SP. Simple but very cozy house with 2 bedrooms, 1 en-suite, plus 1 social bathroom (two full bathrooms in total), living room, kitchen, covered service area with barbecue and a 400m² grassy backyard for the family to have fun. The space As for security, our condominium has a closed concierge, 24-hour security, with 24-hour rounds and a closed circuit of cameras. The house is all walled and with a gate, and fits two cars inside and, if necessary, can be parked on the street. The place is really very safe, as most houses have neither walls nor protection. Guest access Access to the entire property and the squares, blocks of the condominium
