This affordable holiday house located in Old Erowal Bay offers the perfect location for your relaxing family get away. With only five minutes walk to the basin, it is close the Vincentia shopping mall, café and restaurants, Booderee national park and Botanic garden. It will take you a short nine minutes drive to the stunning Hyams beach with crystal clear waters, you can enjoy snorkelling, and bush walking. You can also make the most of the bike track through to Vincentia and st George basin. The space Brand-new furniture throughout the house, open plan dinning room area, you can enjoy the costal style living room with view to the large backyard, fully renovated bathroom with a double vanity, kitchen has all the basic cooking utensils. Fresh bath towels, soap, toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner will be provided. The Bedrooms each have clean sheet, pillow mattress protector and spare blankets.  Comfortably sleeps 6 1x Queen bed 1x Double bed 1x Queen size sofa bed The house features a new air-conditioning system in the living room, which is fully operational and working well. The older air-conditioning unit is not functioning properly; however, an additional fan is provided for your comfort if needed. Other things to note NO PARTIES , NO EVENTS. Loud music is prohibited. No smoking inside the house is permitted.  I kindly ask you to respect for near by residents as the majority of the homes are owner occupied.
