Kenilworth Garden provides short term accommodation on a B&B (Orchard Rm) or Self Catering basis. We have 1 cabin and an annex, each of which are self contained, with an en-suite shower room. All rooms have a kettle, fridge, T.V., microwave, and a hair dryer. All towels and bedding provided. Breakfast is cereal & bread, (Orchard room only), with tea, coffee, milk, sugar, jam, butter, & orange juice. Rooms are in a garden and orchard environment. Free parking & Wifi. Granary = Se The space Large spacious, self contained unit, adjacent to our Japanese garden and front orchard. Comfortable double bed, fresh white linen, carpeted room with sliding doors between it and the kitchen/ lounge area, where the red fold out sofa bed is located. The kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, sink with drainer, and preparation work surface. A selection of crockery, cutlery, a bottle opener, a can opener, and items for microwave cooking are provided for your convenience. Tea, coffee, and sugar are provided. There is a dining table and 2 chairs, and a T.V. The room has an en-suite shower room and a walk in shower, toilet and sink. There is under sink storage for all your washroom items during your stay. Adjacent to the wash room is a small lobby with an area for storage of cases and clothes. Washing up liquid, shower gel, shampoo and hand wash are also provided. An ironing board & iron available upon request. NO SMOKING. Self Accommodation only. During your stay We bought Kenilworth 22nd May 2017, primarily for the land for my horses. We just loved the beautiful gardens, ponds, and interest Kenilworth has. In the Garden there is a wide variety of plants that provide food for butterflies and bees. Habitats include a wide range of hedging, shrubbery, and woodpiles. Our ponds provide water for the birds, are well stocked with frogs, toads, and newts. We collect rainwater from most of our buildings which stocks the ponds and is used for the plants. It is my role to maintain the property, gardens and paddocks, I also make my own hay. Steve is a hardware engineer by trade, and spends most of his time performing this role, although he likes to get outside to help. The property is a busy small holding, and so we may not always be immediately available, but will always make sure that you can get access to the room for your visit. Please do not go into the farm yard, stables, paddocks or sheep orchard un-escorted.
