Nagahama in Yomitan is located between Cape Maeda and Cape Zanpa. You can experience the splendid view overlooking the Persian blue ocean, and the green view of the sugar cane fields. It is located 5 minutes by car from the World Heritage Site Zakimi Castle, 25 minutes from Chatan, and 75 minutes from the Churaumi Aquarium. Nagahama Anchored is a Duplex type condominium, divided into an A and B building. The space Nagahama Anchored B (up to 8 people / Non-smoking) The A building (215㎡) has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms for up to 12 people (If 2 people sleep on one double bed). The building B (186㎡) has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms for up to 8 people (If 2 people sleep on one double bed). You can also use the BBQ area overlooking the Nagahama seashore on the rooftop. ==Check-in / Check-out== - Check-in: 3 PM-10 PM - Check-out: 10 AM or anytime before. ※As our condominium is a large facility, we require about 10 minutes at check-in to provide an explanation of the facilities. Since staff will be dispatched to match your check-in time, please inform us of your expected arrival time. Please make sure to read and follow the house rules. ▪️The property has 6 beds and can accommodate up to 8 guests. In such cases, the double bed in the master bedroom will need to be shared by two guests. For groups exceeding 6 guests, an additional fee of 5,000 JPY per person per night will be charged. ▪️Okinawa is in typhoon season from mid-July to early November, and there is a high chance of delays or cancellations with travel arrangements on your way to Okinawa. Please be advised there are no exceptions to our standard cancellation policy for this situation. We kindly advise that you take out adequate travel insurance to cover this situation. ▪️According to Japanese law, since April 1, 2005, all foreign guests without a residential address in Japan are required to provide: *Name, *Address, *Occupation, *Nationality, and *Passport number, along with presenting and allowing a copy of their passport. For a smooth check-in, we kindly ask you to send us a copy of your passport via the Airbnb message thread before your arrival. ▪️There is a construction site adjacent to the property, and on some days construction noise may occur. If you are sensitive to noise, please refrain from booking or kindly understand this in advance. ▪️In recent years, there have been increasing reports of guests showing high-handed attitudes toward staff at accommodations. Similar cases have been observed at our facility. Please note that intimidating or disrespectful behavior toward staff or other guests may result in immediate termination of your stay, regardless of reason. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a comfortable environment. ==HOUSE RULE== ▪️The principle of our condominium rental is to return the unit as close as possible to the condition in which it was provided. Please wash and return to their original state any kitchen utensils, dishes, or other items you use. Please note that if you check out without cleaning up, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee. ▪️As our condominium is a large facility, we require about 10 minutes at check-in to provide an explanation of the facilities. Since staff will be dispatched to match your check-in time, please inform us of your expected arrival time. If you do not provide your arrival time, you may be asked to wait at check-in. ▪️In recent years, cases of underreporting the number of staying guests have occurred. If underreporting is found, a penalty of 30,000 JPY and the difference in accommodation fees will be charged. ▪️Our condominium requires 4–5 hours of cleaning after check-out. Therefore, in order to prepare for the next guests, check-out time is strictly at 10:00. Exceeding this time will incur a penalty fee of 30,000 JPY. ▪️To prevent mold, please keep the air conditioner in “Dehumidify” mode at all times. (During summer: when going out, please set to Dehumidify at 26℃ and do not turn it off.) ▪️Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited. Please also be mindful of noise on the rooftop BBQ area and balcony after 21:00. ▪️Regarding noise indoors, complaints from other guests have increased due to late-night loud conversations, banging on tables, etc. Please take care to avoid causing disturbances. ▪️Smoking is prohibited inside the facility (allowed only on the balcony and rooftop area). If smoking occurs indoors, a deodorizing cleaning fee of 30,000 JPY will be charged. ▪️The use of fire is prohibited inside the facility. BBQs, yakiniku, or any activities producing smoke or strong odors are allowed only in the rooftop BBQ area. If strong odors remain upon check-out, a deodorizing cleaning fee of 30,000 JPY will be charged. ▪️Fireworks are prohibited inside the facility, on the rooftop, and in surrounding areas. Any damage or burns caused by fireworks will result in additional repainting or repair costs. ▪️Animals (such as dogs or cats) are strictly prohibited. Please also refrain from bringing in items that emit unpleasant odors. ▪️To prevent insects from entering, please do not leave windows open without screens or keep the entrance/rooftop doors open. ▪️Use by non-registered guests is strictly prohibited. Allowing non-registered individuals to use equipment or items in the facility is also forbidden. ▪️Using the accommodation for non-stay purposes (seminars, consulting, filming, streaming, etc.) involving non-registered persons is prohibited. ▪️Please turn off the electricity when going out. ▪️Do not move the furniture. ▪️If any damage occurs to this condominium due to violation of the above house rules, the cost of repair/restoration will be charged.
