The space The house consists of 3 bedrooms upstairs with a double bed, and single beds, living room and bathroom with bathtub, on the ground floor there is a studio with a futon that serves as the 4th bedroom, full bathroom with shower, kitchen, laundry and dining room, covered garage for 2 medium cars, outdoor and indoor grill, barbecue, tables, chairs and benches, pool and hammock. Guest access 2 blocks away are the shops in the area to make food purchases, 15 minutes by car you reach the civic center of the city Plaza Moreno, Cathedral, Municipal Palace, you can visit the natural science museum, the forest lake, the Republic of the Children, and the Unico stadium that is 12 blocks from the accommodation Other things to note Please note: if you wish to check in before the established time or check out after the established time, you can do so with prior coordination and paying an additional fee in cash at the time of check-in. Time range "example" check-in at 1:00 pm and check-out at 7:00 pm. The towel service is NOT included, it can be accessed by paying an additional fee at the time of check-in. To enter the property, you must identify yourself by presenting the ID of the guests to be registered as an Airbnb guest. C) Immediately notify the host of any damage to the property, whether caused by the guest, accidents, neighboring constructions, etc. D) Allow the host or his representative free access to any of the property's rooms to carry out any work necessary for the conservation or improvement of the property without demanding any remuneration. E) Do not place signs, notices, posters, or plates of any kind anywhere in the property; nor your own or third-party installations, nor do any work. F) The volume of the music equipment will be that which does not disturb the neighborhood and is of moderate use for healthy coexistence. To this end, after 10:00 PM and until 10:00 AM the following day and from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, they will ensure that music, television, musical instruments, and resonance devices are used with great moderation. G) Regarding waste; it must be taken out to the sidewalk at night. H) Meetings may be held at any time of the day, provided that due prudence is exercised and without abusing a continuity that violates the rules of healthy coexistence. I) Do not throw waste, cotton, liquids or flammable substances, and in general all kinds of objects that due to their size or characteristics could affect the pipes to the absorbent well (there are no sewers) or cause obstructions in them. J) Both in the use of the grills and in the use of the park's barbecue, the guest must safeguard the relevant safety measures of normal use, both in the lighting of the fire and embers and in their extinguishing and cleaning, being entirely responsible for any event that could cause their non-compliance. K) The guest is solely responsible for their safety when using the swimming pool and will be liable for any accident that may occur during their stay, releasing the host from any liability. L) Vehicles may not enter the park of the property under any circumstances, and only the garage of the property is enabled for this purpose.
